It’s been said that you cannot light another’s path without brightening your own.
That’s exactly the philosophy that Meridian Health Services has taken in producing Holidays at Gresham, a drive-thru light exhibit extravaganza for all ages. While our community has many unique holiday experiences, each year Meridian Health Services adds to the festivities with special evenings of holiday magic. Beginning the first weekend in December, the Suzanne Gresham Center – located at 3620 W. White River Boulevard, Muncie – hosted as many cars full of families as it can allow from 6–9 pm each Friday through Sunday. These holiday spirit-filled evenings are Meridian’s gift to the community and are free of charge.
At our 2023 event, we welcomed nearly 18,000 visitors through the lighted arches as Holidays at Gresham was open every weekend in December. Even during difficult times, the community found it in their hearts to give over $16,000. Donations collected went towards our Child Advocacy Center Hope & Healing Comfort Kit fund.
We are happy to announce that we surpassed our goal of $10,000 or 400 Hope & Healing Comfort Kits by collecting over $16,000. Funds exceeding the goal will directly support children and family programs at Meridian’s Child Advocacy Center and the Suzanne Gresham Center.
